Criminal law

Criminal law, a branch of public law, defines which acts constitute crimes and the legal consequences of such acts. Its primary purpose is to protect legal interests such as life, health, property, and State security. In the event of an accusation, we represent and guide clients at all stages, from investigation through interim decisions, main trial, and appeal. Victims of crime are also provided with information, rights guidance, and representation during court or police statements. Legal support is provided for claims of material and moral damages during criminal proceedings.

Our services include: - Police statements - Court defence - Drug offences - Electronic monitoring cases - Early release procedures - Private actions (e.g., direct claim for damages in criminal proceedings)
